Pre-preg pressing

Hydraulic pre-preg presses with heatable tools achieve significantly shorter cycle times than the autoclave process. We use specially developed resin systems, which are adapted to short cycles and a high Tg value.

Prepreg presses are mostly used to create simpler contours in higher quantities. However, complex components with, for example, moulded ribs or integrated thread inserts are also possible.
