Assembly

The pre-treatment and post-treatment of all components and tools takes place in our fully-air-conditioned production rooms. Surfaces can be blasted and polished, finished components can be tempered in furnaces up to 400 degrees. The final finishing process is carried out using adhesive moulds, drilling jigs and testing gauges.

Assemblies can also be fitted upon request. If necessary, our Zeiss coordinate measuring machine ensures optimal fit and dimensional accuracy – even with complex structural or aerodynamic components.
