Since 2012, the aerospace sector has become another mainstay of our business, which is becoming more and more important every year. As early as 2013, we established ourselves as partners in the UAV industry, especially in the production of unmanned helicopter drones. We supply our customers with all CFRP assemblies, whether it be the housings, the tanks or the rotor blades.

We also develop and realise complete payload concepts, from suspensions and housings to the integration of electronics and sensor technology. Of course, we will also gladly secure these by means of FEM calculation if your application requires this.

UBC Composites GmbH is certified according to DIN EN 9100. The European Standard EN 9100 provides the framework for a quality management system for organizations in the aerospace and defense industry based on the general quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001. The following areas of application are included: distribution and production of components, assemblies as well as prototypes and tools made of plastics, fiber reinforced plastics and metals in hybrid construction.
